Since we specialise in luxury and high-end Sea view real estate consultancy, we do not market properties which are not sea facing or have a direct sea view to it. Once we receive details of your property, we will assess it and check whether it meets our selection criteria.

Apart from a listing on our own website we will start circulating details of your property internally with all our past clients and prospective database. We will also run digital, tele-calling, WhatsApp and email campaigns to generate leads. Additionally, we will also inform you whether we can shoot a professional video walk-through of your property. The benefit of a video shoot is that it will accelerate the sale process by creating an impact in the property marketplace.

We charge a nominal fee for producing a video of your property based on size, location and other factors. Once you list your property, all digital and direct marketing costs are borne by us.

We cannot guarantee a timeline. If your property is really impressive and is situated in a great location and ticks all the boxes as far as desirability is concerned then you can consider 6 months as the maximum and 1 month as the minimum time frame required to sell your property.

Not at all. If you are outstation or out of the country, you can entrust us the keys to your property and we will keep you informed of all developments periodically during the sale process.

You are welcome to list your properties with any number of real estate agencies in the market. But ideally, we would prefer a sole mandate for your property because it creates an ideal environment of trust and compatibility that is required between owner and broker to sell an expensive property.
